The Parish Council's Annual Return summarises the previous year's financial activity. It is subject to internal audit by an independent person, and submitted to the External Auditor. Skelton-cum-Newby PC was exempt from external audit in 2024-25 due to its small size and turnover. Relevant documentation is shown here:
