​Audited Accounts for the Year Ended 31 March 2020

The Parish Council's Annual Return summarises the previous year's financial activity. It is subject to internal audit by an independent person, and submitted to the External Auditor. Skelton-cum-Newby PC is exempt from external audit due to its small size and turnover, although external audit was necessary for 2019-20 due to extra grant income and expenditure for Reading Room improvements.
